"Sand Key FL Real Estate is unique since it is a small waterfront community in Clearwater Florida. It has one 2 lane road that is a little over a mile long.
Sand Key real estate is comprised of the Gulf of Mexico / Beach on one side and the Intercoastal Waterway / Clearwater Harbor on the other. Everyday someone calls or emails us asking for Clearwater beach or Sand Key real estate bargains. Yes there are bargains but they're not giving it away.

The Grovewood home owners are also accepting donations for a "Neighborhood Sale Spot" where all the money raised will go to fund the Grovewood Neighborhood Beautification projects.

I'm always interested in different things going on around my hometown of Clearwater,Florida - You may not know that we have an extensive Parks and Recreation department and the County also offers so much too - recently this upcoming event caught my eye - with 1 son in Cub Scouts and one on the way I thought..."Who knew you really could eat the Plants outside" - I just thought that was something my boys did(LOL). So if you're in the mood to try something REALLY different for Dinner.... Prepare to Experience the Native side of Florida....

If you are in the Clearwater Area be sure to make it a point to catch at least one sunset at Pier 60 - it's a special place with a variety of of artists, performers and musicians that all come out to enterain and the best part is it's all FREE. We've owned a home in Clearwater for over 14 years and we can tell you it's a great place to live and own real estate!
You will also find the Visitor's Center there and it's a great place to pick up information on Boating, Reefs, Fishing, Resturants, Maps and more - … (4 comments)
