I have two listings and both are older homes. My sellers and I have talked about doing a preinspection as they do not want to be "nickled  and dimed" over buyer concessions. So, my puzzle is that what if something shows up? We then need to disclose whatever shows up on the Form 17, right? Please share any and all insights or opinions on this.
