While we are seeing more and more shoreline uncovered along Lake Lanier almost daily, the good news is that there isn't going to be any new lakefront property created that can be sold! So the long term the prospects for real estate values on Lake Lanier are very good. The lake level will rise, and Lake Lanier will be a premier boating and recreation destination of Georgia once again as it has been for the last few decades.
