If space is an issue, then consider a folding treadmill. These have improved dramatically in recent years. You want to also be sure to double check the recommended or allowable weight limit on the treadmill machines that you are considering purchasing, especially on some of the cheaper models. Of course this won't be a problem if you don't weigh very much, but if you're heavier and looking to start running in order to reduce your weight it could be important to know if the weight limit for the machine is very low in order to prevent any sports or running injury … (0 comments)
