Short Sales - Banks

Banks seem to be willing to sell at a loss. Some because they loaned to much on the property but others just to get properties off the books. I see listings that would be 7-10% below my most conservative SRP. I don't think banks get the full price so my concern is; will the banks push values down across the market?
