Now is a great time to get into investment properties, especially if you are thinking about doing rentals.  Here are just a few reasons that the market is great for investors right now:

  • There are a ton of good properties on market
  • Home prices are really low
  • It is harder than it has been in years for borrowers to qualify, which means there are more people looking to rent for a year or two
  • Rates are GREAT (even for investment properties)
  • It's become harder for investors to get loans, but this isn't necessarliy a bad thing because there is less competition when it comes to purchasing an investment property
