home inspections in roswell: I'm the fourth inspector. Really ? - 10/12/11 07:06 AM
I'm the fourth inspector. Really ? When I got the call about a home inspection in my competitor's back yard, I thought great. My competition is always coming to town and inspecting here, so why not go there and do a job close to his office. The family is relocating and needs a home inspection to verify that there are "no Problems" with the home. I found a few issues that were not found by the first three inspectors. Keep learning about computers, crafts, gardening, or what ever. Never (61 comments)

One billion dollars available for refinancing homes. According to this information the United States Housing and Urban Development has made one billion dollars available for refinancing of homes in risk of foreclosure. Follow the link and read all about it. Hud and Neighborworks America announces This "EMERGENCY HOMEOWNERS HELP PROGRAM" Or referred to as (EHLP) will help struggling homeowners at risk of foreclosure. I have seen posts where there are some areas that over 50% of home for sale are in "short sale" or starting the "Foreclosure process". These funds can and will help homeowners fight foreclosure. Although all states have (28 comments)
