Montssori School Lagrange Tn--Fayette County

Lagrange Tennessee is a small town east of Collierville. 2008-2009 school year the school will go up to 8th grade. It is amazing how in just a short time how this school has grown. This is the first year the school has ever included grades 7 and 8 They are making plans to have 18 months to 12th grade. I have two grandchildren in the school and believe Montessori teaching has given them opportunities the regular traditional schools could not give. Check it out for your child/children.

The Mortgage Mess we are in is the worst market I have been in. However, things do change. The Memphis Tn market may not be as bad as other parts of the country. Shelby County and surrounding areas have challenges which include helping first time homebuyers get in for little or no money. That is where FHA loans work well for borrowers, and sellers. The days of 100% conventional loans are gone. Rent is cheaper here than rents in other areas. Buyers can own their own home somestimes cheaper than monthly rent. First Tennessee Home Loans is one of the top banks in Tennessee and strives to meet the financial needs of their cumtomers.

Fayette County is located just east of Memphis, Tn. It is one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee. Somerville is a small town in Fayette County and is the county seat. It is truly Mayberry RFD. Buyers enjoy small town living where everyone really does know your name. One problem with Somerville--buyers don't sell often.
