financial: Mortgage Mess - 07/25/08 10:47 AM

The Mortgage Mess we are in is the worst market I have been in. However, things do change. The Memphis Tn market may not be as bad as other parts of the country. Shelby County and surrounding areas have challenges which include helping first time homebuyers get in for little or no money. That is where FHA loans work well for borrowers, and sellers. The days of 100% conventional loans are gone. Rent is cheaper here than rents in other areas. Buyers can own their own home somestimes cheaper than monthly rent.
