I am a Realtor in Royal Oak, Michigan and I have started working with an asset management company to list foreclosures.  I received an inquiry on one of my listings from someone in Belgium who is looking to invest in Oakland County Homes and Wayne County real estate--basically Detroit Metro Homes.  After seveal e-mails and sending him listings from our MLS, he has found many properties that he is interested in.  He is actually flying here in a few days and I will be showing him homes including multi-family units.  I realize that I don't know anything about someone from outside … (5 comments)

Submitting Websites to Search Engines: Do all Web Providers do This for You? - 11/11/07 07:56 PM
I wrote a post about which are the best websites to purchase.  I have an Advanced Access, a Point2 and several individual sites for when sellers are listing a home in Oakland County or looking to buy one of my listings in Oakland county.  I purchase these sites through 1and1Internet.  I know Advanced Access and 1and1 submit my sites regularly to the major searh engines.  However I don't know if all the others do - particularly Point2.  For such a big site hosting so many Realtors, it seems that I would get more traffic from buyers by now so I was concerned … (14 comments)
