Metz Report.  Today, June 16, 2011, I am discussing the positive signs we are seeing on the ground.  Newspapers still have a bunch of doom and gloom, national as well as local.  However, that isn't the story for everyone.  The Newport Ridge area market has made some significant shifts in the past few weeks.  I discuss the simple reasons for this, simple economics sparked by a few factors.
