selling a home: Can you tell me when will the market get better? - 08/09/10 09:36 PM
When will it end? That is probably the most common question I am hearing these days.   I really wish I had an answer for everyone that asks that question but there is really no way of knowing.  I know that whatever I tell them would be a guess. My personal dilemma is how to answer this question without sounding or appearing like a pushy sales guy telling the buyer that all is well just so they will buy.

So your home listing expired and now your upset and frustrated with your agent.  What a terrible person, I can not believe they didn't sell my home.  I should be out of this house and moving on with my life.   While yes your agent may have dropped the ball and may have over promised and under delivered but there are some factors that you should consider first.
