customer service: What makes a good loan officer? - 11/16/08 10:20 PM
I want to ask all the realtors out there what they look for in a good loan officer. I would think good communication, closing on time, and getting the customer a good deal are the main things, but I want to clarify this with realtors across the country and make sure there isnt a way i can better my services. Please give me your feedback so i can tweek things if i need to....

customer service: What is your client worth? - 11/03/08 05:42 PM
Many people never sit and think how must a client for life can be worth. Think about it, if you do a sale or a loan for a client as a first time home buyer and chances are they will make 4 or 5 more purchases and who knows how many refinances. Lets say the first house they buy is 150,000, then go up to a 250,000, then maybe a 350,000, and maybe one more upscale to 400,000 and then they scale back down to say 200,000 at retirement. You ad up all of those purchases and that will equal 1,350,000
