New camera!!! - 12/28/07 03:04 PM
My wonderful husband got me a new Panasonic DMC-TZ3 digital camera for Christmas.  I have been wanting a new one for a while now, my old Kodak with 3.2 megapixels has been slowly getting worn out.  I've been taking a lot of photos trying to compare the 2 cameras and their pictures.  Here are some samples.  I shot them all in the fine detail mode.

Working out with Beachbody II: Power 90 - 12/20/07 07:54 AM
So, after doing Slim in 6 for a year or so I decided that I'd like to try Power 90.  The workouts were shorter and it seemed like it would be a good fit.  The program comes with 2 cardio workouts, 2 sculpting workouts, and 2 ab routines.  It looks like if you order it now you also get some more free gifts.  Click here.
I really enjoyed Power 90 and Tony Horton.  The workouts were shorter which I loved and it is more aerobic than Slim in 6, and after my first workout I could still walk and move!

Stark county market update - 12/03/07 09:16 PM
Despite what the media says, there is some good news in today's market! 
In Stark County there has been 227 homes sold since November 1, 2007.  There is also currently 321 sales pending in Stark County.  Homes are selling! 
The key to getting your home sold more quickly is to make sure the home is priced right.  If you can, I would even recommend slightly underpricing your home.  Underpricing a home will attract a larger pool of buyers.  The more buyers who look at your home the more likely it will sell more quickly.
