I answered a sign call the other day, and it was actually an editor for the Black Voice News, Associated Press.  They were calling on one of my brokers REO/Auction properties.  They were interested in the realtor's perspective of this foreclosure market, and what our side of the picture was like, dealing with the banks and the people.

I am attaching the link to the story on the internet, this also came out in hardcopy for the tradtionalist who read the papers.  The editor and I will be following up with another segment, featuring the California Foreclosure process and how to get this information out to the masses without all the red tape and convoluted process that frustrates even the most educated.
