Will Wellesley Housing Prices Soar By 2014? Real estate economists and analysts are increasingly optimistic that the Wellesley housing market will have a dramatic recovery in the next two years, according to results of a new semi-annual survey of 38 real estate economists and analysts conducted by the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate.

Home sales are up and prices are down across Massachusetts, new reports out today show.
The National Association of Realtors recently released their 2011 3rd Quarter Housing Report. In the report, they showed that combined sales of single family homes, condos and co-ops increased in EVERY state as compared to the 3rd quarter of last year. In Massachusettes, the increase was 12.1%. Not too shabby.
