Home sales are up and prices are down across Massachusetts, new reports out today show.
The National Association of Realtors recently released their 2011 3rd Quarter Housing Report. In the report, they showed that combined sales of single family homes, condos and co-ops increased in EVERY state as compared to the 3rd quarter of last year. In Massachusettes, the increase was 12.1%. Not too shabby.

Today is a big day for Fiske Elementary. Located in Wellesley, MA at 45 Hastings Street. It is round up day - so bring your boots and cowboy hat and help us raise money for Fisk Elementary School. My daughter just started kindergarten and is excited about today.

This week we started our journey of renovating our home in Wellesley Ma. It has been interesting to be a part of the buy and sale side of the real estate market this past year. We opted to sell our 2000 sq ft home that was completely renovated and trade up. It was the perfect time.
