Jerry the EbizGuy and Coach Steve talked about viral marketing on “Virtual Superstars.” Viral marketing includes advertisements disguised as short, interesting vignettes about a product, person or service. Several factors must be taken into account before an advertisement can be classified in the category. First the advertisement must be short, about a minute or less. Also, it isn’t made for television, but is designed for web sites such as YouTube. It should be so interesting or controversial or funny or unusual that it incites the viewer to get others to watch it. “Viral marketing should promote something and offer really good tips about it. It should be funny or interesting enough so that people want to share it with their friends,” Jerry said.
Jerry talked about several well-known viral ads being viewed on the Internet currently. One of them was a blender commercial. The ad runs various items through a blender to see if they can be destroyed, pureed or otherwise beat to smithereens. The other viral commercial Jerry identified was one involving Diet Coke and Mentos candy. You can find both at YouTube for examples of viral marketing as well as many others. The common thread is the humor and the odd use of the products.
“Making a viral ad is very difficult,” Jerry said, as was proven on the April 5th airing of the television show, “The Apprentice,” with Donald Trump. Two teams were assigned to create a viral ad for a concentrated laundry detergent called, “All - Small and Mighty.” The best ad would be posted on YouTube and would be declared the winner. Jerry pointed out that the customer, the All Detergent Executives, wanted a commercial to promote their product that wasn’t offensive since they are family-oriented, but the consumer doesn’t want to watch commercials, so finding an appealing balance that satisfies everyone can be challenging. The ad for the detergent was supposed to be creative and meet the specific criteria for viral marketing. After the two “Apprentice” teams had completed their version of the viral ad, the detergent executives deemed both teams’ ads to be failures and declared that there was no winner. One ad was considered unappealing and pointless. The other was called offensive for it’s four-letter word usage and for referring to Little People as midgets.
Real Coaching Radio Network has encouraged its radio show hosts to make some funny videos. It’s important to create interesting content. The production must be good quality. Jerry suggested in the making of a successful viral video it might be worthwhile to consult an expert and invest a little more into it because of its challanging factor.
The message from host Coach Steve on the Virtual Superstars Show” is, “Real Coaching Radio is about being in action.” The network is growing with the addition of an on-line coaching alliance program. “We’re not talking about it anymore,” he said, “we’re going to do it. It’s time to step up and support one another.” Co-host, Paul -- Podcasting101 agreed -- “It’s one thing to know the right thing to do and know how to act, it’s another to walk the talk,” he said.
Coach Steve said that it was ok if you don’t walk the talk, but to at least be authentic about it. “We all do it. We let ourselves off the hook, but in this new coaching community, that isn’t going to happen much.” Coach Steve said that people want to be supported. This new coaching system opens a new opportunity. “In making a commitment to the community, you get assistance,” he said, adding that, “even if you ask for the wrong thing, it’s ok. You go on and keep asking until you get it right.
”The coaching industry, in general, doesn’t always live up to the standards they are teaching, according to Paul. Coach Steve added that coaches sometimes sugar-coat things with good conversation and by talking down to listeners and clients. Real Coaching Radio cannot be part of that. “It doesn’t fit,” he said. If a coach does that on this network they will either leave on their own or be assisted out the door, even though we will still be friends. “We can’t fool anybody except ourselves. Most people will know where you stand,” he said.
Being in action means taking advantage of opportunities, bonding with others and staying connected. The internet is a powerful tool, but email and tweeting isn’t always enough. Social broadcasting is about getting out there and meeting people -- pick up the phone, meet in person when possible. “There are times when issues cannot be resolved by email,” Coach Steve said.
One web site that extends the person-to-person connection is Dating Club Live. A Twitter party is planned for April 3rd. Coach Steve invites all singles who want to learn how to get on the dating scene again to join in and discover how much fun dating can be by using a new tool Twitter.
Finally the hosts shared some marketing tips. They encouraged people who have products and services to sell, write blogs, make videos, create podcasts and stay in action. “The more content you have on the Internet, the more your potential grows,” Paul said. Coach Steve reminded people to get into their passion and start part time if they have other responsibilities. “Put your TV time toward your passion and before long, you’ve built a full-time business. On the Internet it isn’t about how much time you have. It’s about action.”

So I have declared my own breakdown about not getting the results I have expected with this project and on Thursday, 4th of October 2007, Real Coaching Radio Network began a transition from the "The Healing of the Real Estate & Mortgage Industry in America" show to it's new format about Coaching & Personal Development and the Mind-Body & Soul International Broadcasts and expanding to the seven principle areas of Life Balance-Health, Finances, Relationships, Personal Growth, Environment, Career and Spirituality.

Wow, can you believe the Fed riding in like the night on a white horse and throwing $200 Billion dollars at the credit markets trying to stave off a market crash. Whewwwww, it worked for all of 24 hours.
For all you surfers out there get your surf boards waxed up because not only is the surf up in the credit crisis ocean, but there is a Tsunami building and it is going to be huge! Everyone has been thinking that all this turmoil would roll past in a short period of time, but what they failed to take into account is that we are in a perfect economic storm here in the US and it is mostly, okay alllllll man made. What you say how could that be? I thought the credit crisis was over, what are you talking about?
As I said, the surf is up but we have only begun to see the long term effects of the credit crisis, and only 30% is even visible now. Drive down streets anywhere in America except for a few micro markets, and what do you see? For sale signs and for sale signs by the banks, house after house. Seriously take a drive thru different neighbor hoods and; you will see exactly what I am talking about. The number of homes falling into foreclosures, or short sales is not subsiding it is increasing! That means that the economic wave is still building and gaining strength. It seems that everyone thought that the credit crisis was going to be this little blip, and be done, oh contraire, the size and the magnitude of this economic tsunami have not been seen before in US history. Let me hit a few high points of the current perfect economic storm; First, we have the "man made" credit crisis that occurs as American last fall was wallowing in a recession, and kicked us deeper into the mire. Secondly, we have consumer confidence at an all time low, spending today is dropping like a rock, but not because of the credit crisis because; thirdly, the cost of gasoline at the pumps is crushing the average American household, think about the impact of filling your tank, and each time it costs $60 to $80, this has chewed up any extra money people had to spend at Wal-Mart, its gone to the oil companies. So this week a new record, a barrel of oil surges over $107, and this is only greeted by great glee by the oil companies reporting record profits. Fourthly, the dollar isn't just floundering to other currencies it is getting hammered, losing ground on a daily basis and probably will stay that way for the foreseeable future. Now take all this into account and look at the poor American investor losing his hard earned pensions in the stock market and well known funds like Carlyle Capital bond fund going out of business and shutting the fund down.(Hmmm, I thought you couldn't lose all your money in a mutual fund, sorry)
So I could go on ranting and raving and I have only scratched the surface, but let's be really clear, the Tsunami is coming the wave is building, we are going to see much more on the sub prime credit crisis than you will ever want to in the coming months. So in conclusion, wax up your surf board even if you don't surf, because there is a huge economic tsunami building right now in your back yard, so you might as well enjoy the ride otherwise you will just be crushed into the bottom of the economic recession. On our last show, we had Jon Marple, attorney, business man, and inventor of Pogamoonga on Real Coaching Radio’s Only Nature's Finest Show.
He discussed the time spent recuperating from a heart attack and open heart surgery as time was abundant he read all the books he could on health and wellness. He had been an A type personality, but this illness really made him think twice about his future. If there was one. He decided to spend his life working to develop options which help other people looking for healthy choices. He knew pomegranate was a great choice to help with cardiac and health problems. But, with diabetes, the sugar content was too high. He decided to make a drink which contained pomegranate extract, aloe vera, and moringa, a “new” ingredient used for decades in India as a medicinal and noted for its magical properties.
POMEGRANATE - Pomegranate juice is high in antioxidants but what makes it extra special is that it stimulates the body’s production of nitric oxide.
