We as realtors know that the housing market is in a slump and the economy is bad. We get up every morning with the media blasting doom and gloom. We know realtors that have had to take on second jobs to make ends meet and realtors that have gotten out of real estate all together.

Tip: Humility is not thinking less of yourself - it is thinking of yourself less! There is much written on the subject of self-esteem. Some of the information is excellent but some of it is not very helpful at all. I think there is a great deal of confusion about the issue of self-esteem. True self-esteem involves humility. The opposite of humility is arrogance. Those who are arrogant and have a prideful spirit will meet with resistance from others. No one likes someone who is arrogant. Newport in Carteret County, NC gets $500,000 to create a New Park.
Site is next to middle school in Newport
NEWPORT - Carteret County earned a state grant that will move a much anticipated park project for the Newport area toward construction.
The grant will help fund the development of new park and recreation facilities on 11 acres adjacent to Newport Middle School.
Carteret County must contribute matching funds.
