A Perfect Real Estate Day!

This is the type of day I love introducing clients to my home town of Maplewood, New Jersey. The cherry trees are in bloom. Children and parents are playing in the park. The ice cream truck sings a song. People are eating at out door cafes. Houses sparkle with fresh paint, clean windows and newly planted flowers. My favorite part of working with buyers is when they first walk in a house and you know this is their next home. They don't even have to speak - their whole body relaxes and you can hear a sigh of relief. That's when my art form kicks in: writing the contract, negotiating the sale terms, helping them find an attorney, home inspector and mover. Whatever they need I want the buyer to feel like my only client. I will never pass you off to an assistant, because it is the personal relationship which makes my job so rewarding.
