Having been a successful Realtor for many years I have walked into a wide range of rooms and I can tell you that rooms convey a mood, a mood that affects how people perform and act in the room. Rearrange the furniture and the mood will change. For those that are skeptical of the principles of Feng Shui I offer the example of a messy desk. Whenever things get complicated or difficult I think it's a wonderful time to reflect on all of the people and things that we love in our lives and to be grateful. After my family and friends and my animals, the thing that I love most in my life is my lifestyle. When I think that there are people in Iowa who daydream their way through the month of February picturing a sunset on the beach, I am reminded of just how lucky I am. I love introducing the LA condo lifestyle to new clients. It doesn't matter if they are first time home buyers or seasoned real estate investors, I love showing off the benefits of condo living. A few years ago I had a client, a gentleman with several palatial homes on different continents, clearly not a new comer to the real estate world. He came to me looking to purchase a home in Los Angeles. Business dictated that he be in Los Angeles several times a year and he wanted the convenience of a centrally located home.
