Athol is a nice town located in Kootenai County North Idaho. The city will be celebrating its 99th anniversary this weekend in its annual "Athol Days" event.
Highlghts of Athol Days include a parade at 10:00, Charity Auction to Benefits Athol Community Center and City Park at Noon, a Cake Walk at 2:00.
Festivities, Vendor Booths, Games and Family Entertainment in the Athol City Park from 11 am to 4 pm

Last weekends great weather and the wife's long list of projects for just such a weekend got me to thinking about the Winter weather damage that many of the Homes For Sale here in North Idaho have experienced and how for the last several months this has been largely overlooked by both Buyers and Sellers (and REALTORS).
