I know I've harped on this before, but the time is here to think about buying some income producing real estate.  Prices are at their lowest in quite some time, and so is rent!
In the Eugene/Springfield area there are many homes under $140,000 that are ready to move into.  Prices on stick built fixers go as low as $80K, and no matter what your past experience was as a rental property owner, there is "gold in them that hills"!

Well...fall harvest is here, and with it comes a blast of color from not just the surrounding deciduous trees, but from our late pickings from the nearby farms here in the Willamette Valley.  So beautiful, and yet they also mark the end of a season and an approaching winter season.  Mostly farms are non productive now until the coming spring.
