I had lunch at The Anzac Tea Parlour on St. Patricks Day. The Anzac Tea Parlour in The Dalles, Oregon is a unique eatery with a great Haitian story, more on that a little later. It was a full house the day I was there, with several groups of women enjoying items such as Sun-Dried Tomato Quiche, Aussie Meat Pie and Katoomba, a tea-sized sampler of several offerings. All items are baked fresh daily in their own commercial kitchen. At Anzac you choose your own tea cup and then your tea! There are hundreds of choices: black, flavored, chai (I LOVED … (1 comments)
