According to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) the worst of the price "corrections" are now behind us.  NAR published their first quarter analysis of existing home sales and corresponding sales prices and in fact it is believed there are more stable home prices and mortgage interest rates, which will make entering the housing market easier.  If we add those factors in with the increase in buying power brought by the 3.5 million new workers in the past 18 months, and the 6 percent increase in wages, it will be a matter time before the economy is back on its feet.
