So how did the Four Corners real estate market shake out for April 2008? Here's a breakdown:
Allen: 414 sales (-15% from prior yr); Avg sales price $251,824 (+10% from prior yr); Avg Days on Market: 91 (+ 30% from prior yr)
Frisco: 840 sales (-9% from prior yr); Avg sales price $300,379 (+3% from prior yr); (1 comments)
