Summerfield is a very popular community in Briargate, which is in the north / central part of Colorado Springs. To the north and east is a huge open space and the Lulu Pollard Park is in the middle of the community.
Also in the community are two highly acclaimed Academy District 20 schools, Mountain Ridge Middle School and Academy International Elementary School. Located between I-25 and Powers Blvd., Summerfield is very convenient for reaching any location in Colorado Springs.

One of the last enclaves in the development of the Briargate area of Colorado Springs was The Estates at Summerfield. These 42 homes are all two story and feature oversized garages.
Eleven are located on a cul-de-sac, Bethune Ct and rest on Chetwood Drive. The houses on the odd numbered side of Chetwood back up to a large open space.
These homes were built in the late 90’s. The lots average a quarter acre.
