Paradise Villas Grove is a gated patio home community that is located on Struthers Road just off of I-25 at the Northgate exit. It is just a couple of minutes from the Gleneagle Gold Course. These are two units which share a common wall. My wife and I leased a unit a couple of years ago and found it a very nice place to live. All lawn maintenance is taken care of and if the snow gets more than a few inches deep the association has a crew in to clear it including shoveling right up to your front porch.One of … (3 comments)
