Yesterday, Pat and I decided that we had to see the Aspen tree leaves changing - time was running out. We needed to see some real estate in the mountains. We had planned on going on Sunday, but that didn't quite work out. We were a tad surprised as to what we saw. My daughter had gone on Saturday - lucky dogs - and took some pictures. Last Sunday we had a client appreciation event at our REMAX Southeast office in Denver. Just listed a really nice home in Greeley. It's a nice 3/2/3 home with 1663 sq ft. . Interior has recently been painted and carpet replaced. Home was built in 1997. The home has central air and heat, a large deck, storage building and almost a quarter acre lot. The home is within walking distance of an elementary school, several parks including a waterpark, and a soccer field. Hard to believe that you can find a home this nice at (2 comments)

If you are looking for a place where you can wave hello to your neighbors and walk to the neighborhood store in Highlands Ranch, then we have found the place for you: Town Center at Highlands Ranch. This 100 acre mixed development is essentially a "walking" village.
HOW MUCH FUN? Maybe too much! The Civic Green Park is five-acres that are used as a community gathering point. There are fountains, green space, amphitheater, and walking trails, all of which is home to activities, concerts and events.
