Just had my first real estate closing of 2012. Listen to this! My buyer is a 21 year old man, with a 1 year old son, who saved his 10% down payment over the past two years ($9200) and bought a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage single family home in Colorado Springs with a total house payment of.....$496! This my friends shows amazing maturity, discipline to reach a goal and that opportunity abounds in today's real estate market! By the way my buyer works at a local ARC thrift store...believe it!
