Luckily, in my opinion, this is a pretty cut & dry task. The home inspector often does the radon inspection, as the results either come back acceptable (based on the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) value of less than 4.0 pCi/L) or the value is elevated which means the basement needs radon mitigation.
