See Columbia‘s showcase of local artists this Saturday, October 2nd from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. on Main Street in Columbia. The second annual Art on the Bluffs will feature over 50 artist displays, local musicians, and numerous local businesses. Main Street restaurants will be participating in the art walk and be sure to stop in for lunch specials. Bring the whole family and let the kids enjoy the interactive kid's area and student gallery. The Artisan Guild of Southern Illinois is a non-profit organization that promotes the appreciation of all arts, including the trades of pottery, weaving, leathercraft, woodworking, and more. The Artisan Guild of Southern Illinois will be hosting art demonstrations and selling hand-crafted merchandise. The Art on the Bluffs Committee has been working hard to make this event special, so don't let them down by not being there!
