I received this question today from a client that I was privileged to assist in purchasing a home not too long ago. Here is his question: "Charlie, I hope all is well with you. I had a real estate question that I am hoping that you or some of your colleagues can weigh in on. What I'd like to know is how much street lamps can improve the value of houses in a neighborhood. A few weeks ago there was a buzz in our neighborhood of people having homes/autos broken into by some people who were helping themselves to GPS units, CDs, etc... Anything that had some value, but was not under lock and key. These petty-thieves were just helping themselves where home and auto owners had left their things 'available' to them. This seminar by Cpl. Jordan seems right on time. Here is her e-mail to our Homeowners Association.
