I have had a lot of buyer interest in Clintonville and for that reason, it now will make my regular list of trend graphics. Inventory is DOWN over last January. Sales/ Pending Sales are UP! If I were gambling, my money would be on Clintonville! Why? Houses are for the most part bigger/ more affordable, the diversity of architecture is great and families moving away from the downtown market are loving the neighborhood.

WOW! It looks like sellers took advantage of what was an unseasonably warm January/ the winter buyer traffic and listed homes early for the Spring. Increase in inevntory over last January is growing, but sales/ pending sales are not. It is still very much a buyers market.
