ON RealTalk Steve Hong (is Steve an Active Rain member?... he is interesting...usually technology, cameras rather than snakes... someone ought to invite Steve if he is not here) shared "Interesting article about snakes infesting a house:" "Idaho Couple's Home Infested With Snakes"* "Snakes fell on Lyman Hepworth's head when he opened the door to a pump house near the small house the couple planned to buy." Yuck. They found snakes before they bought... I am so scared of snakes, I can not imagine closing on it. I wrote a contract with a skunk clause once.. It would have been neat if Ardell would have had her blog set up so the entries showed up Technorati, but she didn't. I know she has not claimed her blog on Technorati but I am not sure if she ever set her RealTown Blog up with a template with tags when tags were introduced on RealTown Blogs. The 'Sellsius 101' tag on technorati The Bloodhound blog showed up, Sellsius° Blog showed up, The Property Monger Blog showed up... others commenting on the Sellsius 101 using the tag showed up on Technorati... everyone but Ardell.
It did increase Ardell's traffic on her RTBlog it's... up from a couple of (12 comments)

Rudolph and Joseph of Sellsius° Blog* did a marathon this morning ... A blog marathon, 50 blog posts in one day. Check it out... check out all 50. My favorite so far is #40 about Active Rain*... back when the 'Active Rain Guys,' Matt and Caleb were thrilled with 2000 Active Rain members...and many of us had never heard of Active Rain yet. Watch the Matt and Caleb Show, a YouTube video from Active Rainer Rodney Rumford of Real Estate Buzz Box. Sellsius° Blog #50 The Sellsius° Blog bloggers wanted to do a 100 blog post marathon but their wives wouldn't let them.... "We wanted post 100 blog posts in one day. Although (20 comments)

it was a cold and snowy winter's eve.... - 09/15/06 05:01 AM
On a cold and snowy winter's eve.... a real estate blog was born in St. Paul Minnesota. My buddy Bonnie bore a blog and named it 'Real Estate Snippets.'* OK.... maybe it was mid morning or a Saturday afternoon but it was St. Paul Minnesota in January so I am sticking with the "cold and snowy" part... and if you don't like my animated snow image go read something else... where was I? It was a cold and snowy winter's eve and Bonnie Erickson bore a blog. Bonnie's 'Real estate Snippets' blog is "Snipping away at real estate and life until a snowflake is formed!" A paper snowflake... a virtual paper snowflake. Long labor? (21 comments)
