The NEW "Old Worthington" HER office is opening in "early August"

The Real Living HER sign is up.   The photo of the new sign on High Street in Old Worthington was taken about 10 days ago.
Sounds like the Worthington HER office in Old Worthington is opening in early August.  The press release we (agents in the Worthington and Lewis Center offices) and the press were sent today tells us so...I go by the building at 681 High Street to check the progress every week or so.  I have never before (I don't believe) shared a press release in a … (4 comments)

Home Inspections: Bats In the Furnace - 07/29/11 07:04 AM
Home inspections are an important part of the home buying process.  I have never heard of it before but bats in the furnace is probably more common in the mid-west than alligator in furnace  (and that was in Michigan.) Either bats or alligators would be grounds for Scary Furnace Friday for me though.
Thanks to Greg, a home inspector in Omaha for allowing his post originally titled 'Home Inspections Omaha:  Bats Inside Furnace!'  to be Re-Blogged.

Will Google+ kill Posterous? - 07/27/11 11:01 AM
Will Google+ kill Posterous?
Maybe I ought to say will "Google+ replace Posterous?"
"Kill" sounds so violent.
Posterous says:
"Posterous is the easiest publishing platform around. If you can email, you can manage a website and share it with small groups or the world."
Posterous is pretty darn easy.  If I remember Posterous.  I forgot Posterous for weeks at a time. Use Air Conditioning Condensate Water to Water Plants - 07/08/11 04:06 PM

OK it's Furnace Friday in Central Ohio and it's hot, so I was looking for air conditioning posts and up this pops.  This is an interesting idea.
Sam Chapman in Texas wrote this post a couple of years ago.  I would bet we have a lot more humidity in our air, than they do.  The condensate line is just sending it down the floor drain isn't it? You would have to lug the water up out of the basement in most Central Ohio homes...  The condensate might not be good for fruits or vegtables but flowers?
