Just yesterday I realized there was NO Lewis Center in the Tag Cloud. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. No Lewis Center? The Tags get bigger with each mention. Delaware County is still number one.... in growth in central Ohio and in the state. With 1.8% growth according to the In a Columbus Dispatch article titled 'Central Ohio Central Ohio Drives Ohio's Population Growth.'
Delaware County is still number one "percentage-wise"... anyway. Franklin County added most of the total population in central Ohio.
According to the Census Bureau estimate released last week, "Delaware County added 3,103 people from July 2010 to July 2011, the Census Bureau estimated." The Delaware County, Ohio homes here are not all actually HUD Homes... most are REO (real estate owned... bank owned homes.) Our brokerage IDX (what allows consumers to see the MLS or multiple listing service) lumps HUD homes and bank owned (REO) listings together. That's OK.
