Trying to decide recently whether to attend an office social function I thought of Barbara and Jim Gustafson who were HER Realtor agents...
Barbara and Jim have moved to Florida now? Or they are traveling around the country (or the world?) with their home base in Florida.

brookside area: Worthington news now is about food - 06/08/09 06:21 AM

In a much earlier post, Worthington Ohio I wrote "What's happening in Worthington now? There are two weekly papers to keep you up to date, as well as the Columbus Dispatch. " And added links to the two weekly papers that serve the Worthington area, This Week News and the Worthington News.
This week there's the usual news of sports, the seasonal news of graduation and summer starting and timely news about food... each paper has a story about a food pantry. A local food pantry will open this summer, there is a need in the Worthington area, and a Worthington … (0 comments)

brookside area: Brookside Woods homes - 05/24/09 05:48 AM

Brookside Woods homes are in the Worthington School District... unless of course they are in the Dublin School District.
The school districts were minding their own business... the land was sitting there... or maybe there was corn or soybeans planted there... I did not move to the area until 1990, I am assuming that northwest Columbus area was rural in the late 70's... early 1980's... Brookside Woods is not the only City of Columbus neighborhood along Snouffer Road that some homes are in Dublin schools, other homes are in the Worthington school district.

The Brookside neighborhoods
Brookside Colony, Brookside Estates, Brookside Village, and Brookside Woods are all in the 43235 ZIP code. The Brookside neighborhoods are east of Sawmill Rd. The four Brookside neighborhoods are north of 161 (Dublin Granville Road) and inside 270. Brookside Estates was built around Brookside Golf and Country Club... most of Brookside Estates is east of the golf course... Brookside Estates West is west of the golf course, of course... Brookside Estates West really does NOT show on this map, the 1 on the map just north of 161 is in Brookside Estates West. The … (0 comments)
