- 08/27/11 01:24 AM
Did you feel the earthquake last week? I did NOT. I believe I was at home sitting at the computer when the earthquake happened. The first inkling I had was a friend in West Virginia saying something online. I looked then on Twitter and Facebook and saw people in Central Ohio saying they felt the earth move. I turned on the TV and local news said buildings in downtown Columbus swayed when an earthquake occurred in Virginia and shook neighboring states... and their neighboring states. Us. central ohio: Haunted Ohio lots of Columbus places
- 10/14/10 01:54 AM

The Shadowlands Ohio list of haunted places has lots of haunted places in Central Ohio on the list but nothing in Worthington? Worthington embraces "ghosts stories" see links below! The Shadowlands site says the Nationwide Arena is haunted, built on the Ohio State Pen site. James Thurbers house was haunted of course... because it was near the insane asylum and a poor deranged soul stopped by when Thurber was a young man? Trying to remember if the poor deranged soul was dead or alive? I think

central ohio: Psychology is key to selling in today's real estate market
- 03/04/10 04:10 AM
"Psychology is key to selling in today's real estate market" Is a post on the Psychology Today site saying listen to Broker Bryant Tutas and use "Range Pricing." Range Pricing is sometimes called VRM for Value Range Marketing? Tutas uses Range Pricing and has written about Range Pricing numerous times on ActiveRain a real estate network. On the Psychology Today blog called Priceless I found home pricing advice from physicist and author William Poundstone. I found the Psychology Today blog post via Google searching for news with the word Zestimates when I wrote the post "Appraisal Institute says Zestimates suck." Darn
