Columbus homes sales up 40% in April 2010 according to the Columbus Board of REALTORS® numbers released on May 21, 2010:
"The 2,093 homes sold last month represented a 22.8 percent increase over the previous month and a 39.1 percent increase over April of 2009."
The "Columbus" here means Central Ohio of course. The title of the CBR News is "April saw 40 percent increase in home sales in central Ohio" The area is way bigger area than the City of Columbus. The Best Columbus Ohio suburb poll... you know places like Dublin, Grandview Heights, Lewis Center, New Albany, Powell, Westerville, Worthington.
Voters on that poll added in other Central Ohio suburbs. The comment about "not a suburb but the best neighborhood CLINTONVILLE" was left on the Best suburb poll. Westgate was left more than once... a neighborhood not a suburb.

The post is mostly a post written back in April 2007 when Trulia introduced "Heat Maps" and said of Grandview Heights:
