Inventory of Worthington condos for sale is down from March 2011 by 8.5%. Worthington condos for sale inventory is up 146.6% from last year but remember there was a tax credit for most home buyers in 2010.
It may be a good time to look at Worthington condominiums. Plenty to choose from.

Columbus Ohio 43235 is a zip code in 'northwest" Columbus. The area sometimes called the West Worthington area has neighborhoods in the Columbus, Dublin and Worthington school districts. The school district boundaries were in place before the area was developed. Much of the West Worthington area was annexed into the city of Columbus before it was developed.

Worthington, a Columbus suburb is in northern Franklin County. The city of Worthington is inside 270. The Worthington City School District is larger and goes up to the Franklin county line.
There are a number of condominium communities north of 270 in the Sancus area that are very affordable. Just slide the map to the north and east north of 270 and it will show you condos for sale in those condominium communities.

Worthington Heights is a community of free standing condominiums in the Far North area of the City of Columbus and the Worthington City School District. Worthington Heights was built by Qualstan, a company that no longer builds in Columbus. I still see a listing in Google... someone else using the Qualstan name? Or just a Google ghost?
Worthington Heights (map) is at Sancus Blvd and Modoc Rd north of 270 and just south of the Polaris area.
