Walnut Bend in Westerville is a neighborhood I really, really like. I believe all the homes in Walnut Bend were built by MI Homes but that is NOT why I like Walnut Bend. I like the neighborhood because thare are some great lots. Great views. Some of the odd numbered lots on Abbotsbury Dr. have a gorgeous view and the lots on the south side of Tree Bend Drive back to the woods or some do... but the view down the street on Tree Bend Dr. is what I love most. "Columbus home market continues to improve" according to the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. The official results for January 2010 were reported today. According to CBR "...the 6.2 percent growth in average sale price, indicates a market that is returning to sustainability." The graph is average home prices for the entired MLS. The pricing is for single family and condominiums combined. The CBR says "The average sale price in January was $145,993, up from $137,446 in January 2009"
