Central Ohio home buyers - "wake up and smell the coffee" literally...
I Re-Blogged a post Norma Toering a real estate agent in California wrote, Seller Tip - Scent Matters
There are lots of old Realtorisms about houses needing to be fresh smelling in order for the home to sell... "If you smell it you can not sell it" springs to mind. Sellers have used potpouri, Febreeze, "Plug-Ins", scented candals, air fresheners, etc. for years...
...some of the "tricks" make a stinky house smell like a stinky house with scented candles....

When Dawn in Hudson Ohio (NE Ohio) wrote of her "Urgent! Your Input Needed!": "I have a lovely family that needs to move into a larger home.They would like a property where they can raise chickens!

I thought the problem was the chickens.
I remember seeing chickens on a street corner on the west side of Columbus a couple of years ago.

This is a re-blog of a post from Sheri Moritz of North Hills , North Carolina.
It's a post that would be hard for me to write first hand in part because although I have moved a number of times myself, I have no children.
