I love the Winter Solstice... the longest night of the year. It is magical. My inner Druid wants to burn a Yule log. A blue moon? Didn't we just have one??? A lunar eclipse and Winter Solstice. Adjust all time frames PST in Californian' Cheryl's post by three hours for our Eastern Time...
Total Lunar Eclipse December 20 beginning at 6:29 PM our time and ending December 21 at 12:05 our time.

A quiz about constitutional amendments. I am normally very good at quizes... I usually love quizes. Not this one. Do you know the amendments to the US Constitution?
It's been awhile.... I did NOT do well on this quiz. Jim Lee left a comment on one of my ActiveRain posts and said something about one of the amendments to the US constitution a few weeks ago and I had to go look it up... The second amendment? There was a lot of talk about the first amendment on ActiveRain recently. Kinda sorta. Don't give it away.... Take the quiz.

Happy Easter AcitveRain. The image above is a Real Living eCard. Real Living is a real estate brokerage. I work for Real Living HER in Central Ohio. I have gotten away from sending the eCards my brokerage supplies to clients, friends and prospects because I worry about people feeling spammed. I used cards that were not associated with my business for a couple of years, the Jacquie Lawson cards. I love those! It's about time.
Winter arrives today at 7:22 P.M.in Columbus Ohio. The Winter Solstice listing in Wikipedia confused me. It says the 2006 Winter Solstice is December 22, 2006. I went back to check, 0:22 A.M on December 22, 2006 UTC or GMT.
"UTC is Coordinated Universal Time, GMT is Greenwich Mean Time." according to the site with the time converter above.
It's about space. Today is the shortest day of the year... and the longest night of the year.
