The Ryan Homes ad is in a Worthington Chamber of Commerce Publication from 1964 or 1965. Worthington resident George Campbell shared the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce Inc. brochure with the old Ryan Homes ad on Flickr. I am disappointed the Ryan Homes ad from 1965 does not say Worthington Estates in the copy. There are other ads in the Chamber of Commerce brochure ads that say Worthington Estates and Worthingway. Worthington Estates is one of the biggest residential neigborhoods in the City of Worthington I believe. It is one of the most desirable Worthington neighborhoods for families with children because: there are families with children the size of the homes walk to schools access to the bike trails and park I think... Located just west of High Street, between High Street and the Olentangy River with the Olentangy Hills neighborhood to the north and the Worthingway neighborhood to the south.
