Worthington home prices are down or up...  depending on how you look at it... brought to you by Maureen McCabe of Real Living HER:

The graph shows Worthington single family home prices for the past 15 months through June 2010. The homes are in the Worthington City School District.  Average Worthington home sale price in June 2010 was up,  $225,000. Average active (list price) was down at $263,000.
Looks like the list prices have dropped in the past 15 months but Worthington sale prices are pretty stable, up slightly from June 2009.

worthington neighborhoods: When Worthington's W. Wilson Bridge Rd. moved - 12/08/09 05:31 AM
Worthington's  W. Wilson Bridge Rd. moved?
"1967 I-270 and Rt 23 interchange, looking north" Clicking on the photo will take you to the photo on Flickr. 1967-xx-xx I-270 and Rt 23 interchange, looking north
Wilson Bridge Road is the two squares south of the 270 interchange.  Route 23 (High Street)  runs straight down the middle.
W. Wilson Bridge Rd. was moved south?   In reading 'Worthington Neighborhoods' when it came to reading the chapters about the Worthington Estates and Olentangy Hills neighborhoods and the resistance of residents to shopping malls  I understood that W. Wilson Bridge Rd is not exactly where it … (0 comments)

Medick was developing it at the same time he was … (0 comments)

worthington neighborhoods: Worthington's Medick Estates neighborhood - 09/16/09 05:46 AM

Medick Estates neighborhood
Maureen McCabe - I've never sold a home in Medick Estates IF I have ever even shown a home in Medick Estates it's been years. Medick Estates are Worthington's "mansions"  when we moved to Columbus from Dayton we went looking for "mansions" in Upper Arlington but we could not find them.  We did not know where to look in Upper Arlington or elsewhere in Columbus for mansions.  People told us Upper Arlington was like Oakwood in the Dayton area.  No one mentioned Marble Cliff, or east side mansiony Columbus areas.  No one mentioned areas to gawk … (3 comments)
