I am interested in refinancing my home. I took the application, reviewed the file and sent out a RESPA package. Waiting on a signed package to be faxed back to me. Taking the client from a 6.5% interest rate to below 5% saving the $283.00 a month.

tennessee fha: Tennessee FHA Loans and Tennessee FHA Loan Basics - 03/30/08 04:59 PM

In todays market it appears that consumers and loan officer are accepting and writing more FHA loans. Could this be due to the removal of the Sub-Prime industry? Could this be because FHA has come out with a new product? While FHA has changed it's lending limits. Not much has changed with FHA since they opened there doors.
FHA is still in the business of insuring loans so, Americans can achieve the American Dream. So why has the market been flooded with FHA loans? Could it be because FHA does not have credit score requirements? Yep FHA does not … (6 comments)
