We all have things that stops us from taking action, whether it's fear of what may happen, things that we drag from the past, or just our stories and preconceptions of what we think something is or could be.
It reminds me of when I was a kid and I didn't want to eat something even if I've never tasted it or even if I tasted it and formed a emotional opinion vs. a valid opinion.
What's stopping you?
