Ever since I was tutored by my first mentor in sales about the power of body language with people, I’ve been an advocate for leaders to learn how their presence impacts others. I don’t care what personality type you might claim to have, what natural blocks you might experience regarding people, or what kind of disappointing history you’ve had with others in team settings; there are certain powerful basics any leader with any behavior set can learn that will give them a positive beginning in their encounters with others.
