Boy, I wish I had the money to buy this place...  I was fortunate enough to visit the gated beach development in Costa Rica - Costa Del Sol - where this house is located.  Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 20 minute drive North to the popular tourist town of Jaco.

I've made numerous posts now about all of the wonderful facts about Costa Rica and its real estate market, as well as some real estate opportunities that are currently available now.  I've also mentioned that the three primary buying groups are investors, retirees, and vacationers.  But do you know why?
